Cerec, also know known as Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetical Ceramic, is an approach developed for creating dental restorations using computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing. This process allows dentists to construct, produce, and insert individual ceramic restorations chairside in a single appointment, rather than over multiple appointments with lab side work in between.

A full rehabilitation of a patient’s mouth can now be done much faster than before - saving the patient the costs and inconvenience of multiple visits.
